You can order from a wide variety of products from anywhere in the world and have them delivered to your home or to your family and friends everywhere Kuva Local is available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer various payment methods to make your shopping experience as comfortable as possible. We accept payments through Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Kuvacash, Bank Transfer, M-PESA, and cash on delivery (only available in Harare).
How can I download the app?
To download the Kuva Local app, please head to your preferred app store, (eg Apple Store or Google Play) and type in “Kuva Local” to download. Once installed, within minutes you can be shopping for your favourite products from anywhere in the world!
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
The delivery time depends on the delivery location. It will usually take between 24 to 48 hours for your order to reach your chosen delivery location.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the following locations in Zimbabwe – Harare, Mutare, Bulawayo, Gweru, Kadoma, Kwekwe, Masvingo, Marondera, Rusape, Chinoyi, Bindura, Zvishavane, Hwange, Gwanda, Vic Falls, and Beitbridge. We also deliver to Nairobi, Kenya. Stay tuned for more locations!
