We offer various payment methods to make your shopping experience ever so comfortable. We accept payments through Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Kuva Cash, Bank Transfer and cash on delivery (only available in Harare at the moment).

How can I download the app?

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We do not have a stipulated delivery time as it depends on the delivery location. But it will usually take somewhere between 24 to 48 hours for your order to reach your provided delivery location.

How does Kuva Local deliver the orders?

Kuva Local firmly believes in sustainable practices that are conscious of the climate and intentionally try to include such practices in our business model. This is why we use electric bikes for delivering the majority of our products. We have not found a way to deliver tiles and bricks on a bike just yet!

Can I cancel my delivery?
